The legalisation of stay in Poland may seem long and complicated. Fortunately, the majority of activities related to it are our responsibility. If you decide to take up work with MadMax Work, you will only have 3 simple steps to complete. Here they are.
Step 1: Job interview
After receiving your application, we will invite you for a short phone interview. You do not have to prepare for it in any special way – we will only ask you several simple questions. We recruit for physical work, so we will be interested in your predisposition to perform this type of duties. Important are also willingness and motivation to work in Poland. We will also ask you if you can communicate in English or Polish.
If you meet these requirements, that is excellent! As soon as the decision to employ is made, we will ask you to send us your personal information, including a scan of the first page of your passport. This is enough for us to launch the procedure to legalise your stay in Poland.
Step 2: Visit to the Embassy
When we receive a permit from the office for your arrival in Poland, we will prepare a package of documents for you and send it to you by post. You will find the original work permit and letters of intent there. Now, your task will be to go to the Polish Embassy with these documents to sign up for a visa. Then, it is just enough to wait for it to be issued.
Step 3: Picking up the visa
This is the final stretch! The Embassy will inform you when your visa is ready to be issued. After picking it up, you can already prepare for your trip and buy a plane/train ticket. Then, you need to let us know when you have your transfer (date and time). This will allow us to pick you up from the airport/station and take you to the flat. Upon arrival, our driver will be waiting for you. You will also receive the contact details of a coordinator who will provide you with all the information about your job and help you find your way in the new reality. Sounds simple? Because it is like that! As our candidate, you do not have to worry about the whole legalisation process. All you have to do is take care of several things we described above, and we will take care of the rest.
